Welcome to Warband.Personally, I am not a fan of having my character taking Tactics and Engineer.Players who like being involved more in fights will prefer to raise strength up more than those who do not (do not - means they raise up to 10/11). Agility mostly to 12. Intel is a superb stat. I like pathfinding alot because speed in travel = escape. Having surgery on Jeremus or int companions means your troops have less chance of dying.Party skills work like this: when you have 2 in the skill, it adds a bonus of 1 to the highest total.
Let's say Jeremus has 7 in surgery, you have 2. Surgery effective stat = 7 + 1 ( attributed due to you).2 adds 1, 5 adds 2, 8 adds 3, 10 adds 4. This means you having 10 in a party skill result in total of 14. Only party ones. Trainer is not a party skill, but everyone with trainer benefits. Hence, you can have more companions with decent int to get higher trainer, and result in lower tier troops progressing. As to which companions to hire, check the link to the side of subreddit (the imgur guide). I don't agree with all the points but it helps in the companion section surely.Having a few points in spotting (companion works) enable you to see bandit crowds or enemies earlier.
Tracking less important but a few points help.If you want more tips lemme know. Personally played more of solo at start before playing with only companions. Companions ' talk to them,' somethign about use to advantage/what do you think about me as a ruler or something.I haven't pledged myself to anyone. You can buy productive enterprises in each city that generate revenue over time. Read the wiki if need. (Ironworks (iron super cheaP) in Curaw, Dyeworks in Rivacheg) Most places you can build dyeworks except Jelkala and Veluca which I build Ironworks.
Would recommend having like Dhirim Ale (never build Bread anywhere) - mostly Dyeworks, some Ironworks what not. Skills levels are leveled up based on what your attribute levels are.Jeremus (an intelligence companion) has a few points on healing skills and starts with good intelligence. By leveling that up more, you can have him heal more. He has low strength, so making him a warrior isnt ideal. If you want a support companion, make sure the skills are party skills (affect your party) instead of personal skills. So basically, focus on whatever a companion is best at, instead if trying to balance them out. Some companions can be fighters, so in that case level up their agility and strength.
There is no way to replace the king with yourself, per se. However, there are two things you can do:1) Continue to take castles and towns and always demand them to be awarded to you.
Mount And Blade War Band Best Starting Choices
A Book Merchant in Warband. Books can be very useful in the Mount&Blade series. Dwarf fortress best mods reddit. Their primary purpose is to give boosts to your skills or attributes without having to level up. You can purchase them from Book Merchants, found in taverns. Reference books provide the bonus by simply being in your inventory.
Once of these times the king will refuse. At that point, you will be given a choice to revolt.
Mount And Blade Warband Ps4 Best Start
Do that and all your towns/castles/villages become your own faction and you - the king. Your former king will declare a war on you, but hopefully you are a big boy by now and can handle him:)2) Find the claimant for your king's faction (he will say he is the true king). Offer to support his claim. You may have to do a couple of quests, I don't quite remember. But the end result is the same - you revolt against the king and your possessions become your own kingdom. The difference from #1 is that it will be much easier to recruit new lords. You will automatically have high 'right to rule' rating and an option in the dialog with the lords (of that faction) to ask them to join your faction.
